Making Muirton Park a Safer place to live
We now have fewer Community Wardens . Normal shift hours are from 13:45 hrs to 23:00 hrs daily, including weekends (1:45 pm till 11:00 pm in old money). They have quite a large area to cover and cannot be everywhere at once. They are with us to help us and to offer advice where they can. They may also report such things as anti-social behaviour, vandalism, drug & alcohol abuse etc. The Wardens work closely with both the Police and the Local Community to make the area a safer and better place to live. If there's something worrying you, let them know. Either speak to them in person or phone 01738 476173.
There is currently one Neighbourhood Watch scheme operating in Muirton Park with around 12 households participating. The phone number for that scheme is 07743 374078.
